Returns, Cancellations & Delivery details.

A: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note : We will not provide a full refund if the products shown signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances you will be offered a reduced refund or you can arrange to have it delivered back to you.

Returns – You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If for whatever reason after ordering your product / prior to dispatch you wish to cancel the product – please ring us on – 028 71338315

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping – You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless you are returning a defective or faulty product. In this case standard delivery will be covered but not any premium or extra delivery options.

If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 14 working days of notifying us of cancellation, we shall be entitled to withhold payment of any refund.

A: We ship all over the United Kingdom & Ireland. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

A: We use Royal Mail, or you can collect at the salon.  You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

A: It depends on where you are. Orders will be processed here within 24hrs, delivery will be 1- 2 business days to arrive.
